Can I return items?

Yes, it is possible to return articles you ordered from the online shop. Make sure that the label Is still attached to the product, the product has not been used, and in the original packaging.

Is the Package in stock?

If we have the package in our store you will receive a confirmation via email. This can take 5-10 business days. Refund will be made as soon as possible within 10 days including delivery and return costs, as we have received the products in good state.

Refund on sales product?
All sales or promotions are final. There will be NO refund on any puchases made on sales or promotional products.
